With the vast expertise in structural steel works and experience in civil construction activities, Eversendai ventured into the General Construction business.
One of the recently completed projects that Eversendai undertook as a Main Contractor was the construction of a Logistics hub in Shah Alam, Malaysia. The hub consists of a 34,000 sq. m modern warehouse including loading bays, an office complex and other utility buildings and infrastructure. Eversendai scope included the total civil & structural works and mechanical, electrical & plumbing services.
With the in-house design capability, Eversendai is able to provide an economical design together with a practical solution to shorten the construction schedule to meet the client's requirement of cost and schedule.
